Hi! Welcome!
I’m so glad you’re here. Over the last several years of playing in the dirt, I have found joy in planting food in the small sections of my suburban backyard. Now I’m here to share how you can start growing more of your own groceries, right from your own backyard!
What would you like to learn?
We’ve become so disconnected from our food sources, and it’s not our fault.
But now, I think many of us are feeling a call to get back to basics when it comes to our food. And believe it or not, you CAN grow your own groceries right from your backyard.
If you’re ready to reconnect with nature and your dinner plate, the timing has never been better!
Hi, I’m Tori!
I live in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio with my husband on about a quarter acre.
I’m on a journey to become more self-sufficient and know where my food comes from. I started vegetable gardening in 2017, and from there it has gradually grown into an obsession.
Before starting this blog, I worked in the marketing and advertising world, and I even started a craft food business in 2019 in pursuit of creating a self-reliant life.
After saying goodbye to corporate-life, I dove DEEP into understanding food that can grow in my garden, and navigating my local farmers markets.
Now, I’m your Grocery Garden Guide!
